Ann Stewart

Entrepreneur, sales support administrator, bubble tea addict, and mother of four beautiful children. 

Ann was having 3 large bubble teas in one sitting every few days for the duration of she last pregnancy.  After she gave birth she didn't go to the shops to buy bubble tea any more.  However, scrolling through socials she discovered you could buy the ingredients in smaller portions to make the bubble tea at home. That's how she started making bubble tea.

After almost a year of making bubble teas at home Ann's sister came across a food trailer for sale and suggested she should buy it and start a bubble tea business. 

It didn't take much convincing, with no job to go back to (so she thought) it seemed like the perfect opportunity. Ann bought her first bubble tea trailer September 2022.  Christmas Eve 2022 Ann attended her very first market in Carseldine. It was a great market experience. There were plenty of things that needed to be done to improve the set up and recipes.  From then more work was done on the trailer. The recipes continue to improve with feedback. The menu kept evolving and more drink variations were added.
